More questions answered
Can you install a kill switch in my vehicle?

We check each vehicle before confirming a booking. Send the year, make, model and any existing electrical modifications so we can review compatibility and available wiring documentation.

What is included in the installation price?

The starting package includes Trackhawk hardware, installation, app setup and functional testing. Final pricing depends on your vehicle and installation requirements. The Trackhawk tracking subscription is billed separately.

Do you offer mobile installation in Metro Detroit?

In select cases, subject to approval. An additional service fee may apply. Send us your vehicle details and location and we will confirm availability and any fee before booking. Otherwise, vehicle drop off is by confirmed appointment in Dearborn Heights. We do not accept walk ins.

Is this the same as a Nero Pulse tracker?

No. Nero Pulse plugs into a compatible OBD II port for tracking and supported vehicle insights; it does not include a kill switch. Our installed security service uses concealed Trackhawk hardware and Trackhawk’s separate app and subscription.
